The territory occupied by our queendom, 42,495157, 1,443827 in geographic coordinates WGS84, is located on the east-central part of the Pyrenees mountain range, Europe, in the border area between the states Spain and Andorra.
Historically, the border between Spain and Andorra never was defined. This is related to the peculiar history of both countries, but above all to the unique situation of the small principality of Andorra. While the border between France and Andorra is perfectly defined, the border with Spain has never been officially defined internationally.

This is due to the fact that Andorra has two heads of state: the President of France, head of state of that country, and the Bishop of «La Seu d’Urgell«. While the president of France is elected in that country by universal suffrage, the bishop of «La Seu d’Urgell» is elected by the Vatican.
In chapters 5 and 6 of this work you can learn about the border situation of both countries.
While France clearly and concisely defined its border with Andorra, taking advantage of its position as «co-head of state», Spain has not been able to define its own border with Andorra to this day. Therefore, if this area cannot be considered «terra nullius» in an international sense, as is the case with the Serbo-Croatian border, then this zone can indeed be considered «terra nullius» at the local level, from the moment Spain officially defined one border line, and Andorra officially defined another one, and to this day they have not reached an agreement.
The areas considered «terras nullius» on the not yet defined Spanish-Andorran border are:
1.-Road CG-6 Aixovall-Os de Civís (Cood. 42.494053, 1.438948 WGS84) 13 hectares.

2.-Area «Tossal Bovinal» (Cood. 42.463496, 1.630950 WGS84) 0.6 hectares.

3.-Area «Font de l’Altar» (Cood. 42.539998, 1.431223 WGS84) 5 hectares.

4.-Area «Argolell» (Cood. 42.436475, 1.464160 WGS84) 13 hectares.

5.- Area «Arduix» (Cood. 42.441550, 1.445085 WGS84) 5 hectares.

6.-Area «Serrat de Greixar» (Cood. 42.494449, 1.693092 WGS84) 11 hectares.

7.-Area «Montmalús» (Cood. 42.494544, 1.682471 WGS84) 3 hectares.

All these areas, from number 1 to number 7, are reclamed by us, the Free Queendom of Lilith.

In conclusion
In other words: If there is a piece of land that Spain says does not belong to it and Andorra says the same about that piece of land, we, Free Queendom of Lilith, have the right to claim it as our own.
The difference between «disputed territories» and «terra nullius» is very clear: the «disputed territories» are claimed by two or more states, while «terra nullius» are territories claimed by anyone.
From the moment neither country wants to retain that border territory, that territory becomes «terra nullius,» or no man’s land. Why? Simply because neither Andorra is the one who can say what territory Spain should possess, nor is Spain the one who can decide what territory should belong to Andorra.
It is very important to consider that until there is a recognized international border, the border marked by each state on its own prevails, so these territories became «ownerless» in an international way. In other words, these territories have been «terra nullius» at least from the «Treaty of Bayonne» 1868.
Therefore all the territories indicated above become «terra nullius» and can be freely claimed.
So to conclude: The Free Queendom of Lilith occupies all areas points «from 1 to 7» defined above.
It is our territory, and we will defend it against any attempt at seizure or invasion.
